The Oklahoma City Thunder are on the road on Friday night as the travel to take on the Denver Nuggets in a Western Conference showdown.
For the Thunder, they enter Friday’s game with a 64-16 record after defeating the Los Angeles Clippers on the road on Wednesday night.
Now Oklahoma City will try to grab another victory on Friday as they face off against the Nuggets in a tough road matchup.
While the Thunder are looking to pick up a victory in Friday night’s matchup, they will be without multiple key players due to injuries as they are electing to rest players after locking up the No. 1 seed in the West with Wednesday’s victory.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren among 10 ruled out for Thunder
For the Thunder, they have 10 players listed on their injury report for Friday’s game, including both Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren.
Oklahoma City has ruled out Gilgeous-Alexander due to oblique injury management as he will miss his first game since March 3.

The Thunder have also ruled out Holmgren due to back spasms as he will miss his first game since March 27.
Jalen Williams has also been ruled out due to hamstring injury management while Isaiah Hartenstein is out due to soleus injury management.
Cason Wallace (toe soreness), Ajay Mitchell (ankle injury management), Alex Caruso (rest), Jaylin Williams (Achilles tendinitis), Isaiah Joe (knee soreness) and Thomas Sorber (torn ACL) have also all been ruled out for Friday’s game.
With the Thunder ruling out 10 players for Friday’s contest, they will need others to step up in their absence as they try to pick up a key road victory.
