Selena Gomez is starting her first full year of married life with a bang.
Stepping onto the Golden Globes 2026 red carpet alongside husband Benny Blanco, Gomez looked stunning in a custom Chanel gown befitting of a mid-winter award show.
The strapless black velvet style featured a show-stopping neckline made with feathers, silk chiffon and silk organza. According to a press release from the design house, the detailed dress took 323 hours to make and included 200 embroidered elements.
It’s Gomez’s first time wearing Chanel for a major red carpet, and she accessorized with fine jewelry from the luxury label, too.
She topped off the look with equally bold glam, consisting of a dark lip, brightly colored blush and winged eyeliner.
For his part, Blanco coordinated in a black tuxedo with a dazzling diamond brooch and matching bedazzled loafers.
Gomez is a Golden Globes regular, and this year she’s up for best actress in a television musical or comedy for her role in “Only Murders in the Building.”
The show itself is also nominated for best series, musical or comedy — as are her co-stars Martin Short and Steve Martin, both for best actor in a television musical or comedy.
At leasts year’s Globes, the Disney star, 33, had a Cinderella moment in an off-the-shoulder pale blue Prada gown and dazzling Tiffany & Co. diamond necklace. Blanco, meanwhile, looked ever the groom in a monochromatic (fuzzy!) white suit and a brocade shirt.
The couple also previously coordinated their black-tie looks for October’s Academy Museum Gala, where Gomez wore a crystal-studded black velvet Armani Privé gown with a matching tuxedo jacket over her shoulders, while Blanco matched her vibe in a full velvet Armani suit.
In September, Gomez and Blanco tied the knot in an intimate ceremony. For the nuptials, the actress wore not one, not two, but three different custom white Ralph Lauren creations.
