Kate Hudson sparkled as she stepped on the red carpet at the 2026 Oscars on March 15, thanks to her jewelry priced at $35 million.

Kate Hudson is anything but blue at the 2026 Oscars.

After all, the Song Sung Blue star made a show-stopping entrance at the March 15 award show, thanks to her multi-million-dollar accessories.

Indeed, Kate—who is nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role—stepped out in a sparkling seafoam green custom Armani Privé gown, featuring a peplum bodice. But the pièce de résistance of her look? 41 carats of rare green diamonds. She accessorized her gown with a dazzling necklace and stud earrings at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles. (See more stars on the red carpet here.)

For the 46-year-old, her style has always been a love letter to the arts and creativity.

"I have such a deep appreciation for fashion," she told Vogue in 2021. "I love clothes and the experience of putting on something beautiful, seeing the love that artists—and I consider designers artists—put into everything they create."

When an item, especially a sparkling new accessory, catches her eye, Kate has got to have it.

"When I see something that's romantic or beautifully crafted, it's like I'm walking on a cloud," she reflected. "If I walk past a store and catch a glimpse of something special in the back, I have to go in [because] I get excited."

And Kate knows how much a stunning look can transform an evening. As she put it, "It can change your whole mood, brighten your day."

Although the How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actress doesn't need any more brightening as she buzzes with excitement ahead of the Conan O'Brien-hosted ceremony, it is the perfect way to celebrate the occasion. After all, the nomination was more than a dream come true.

"It feels crazy in the best way," she said in a January statement. "I'm so speechless; my voice is halfway gone. Me and my family were literally screaming at the top of our lungs."

"I don't take any of this for granted," she emphasized. "I'm emotional in ways that I don't even have enough words to express."
