One Battle After Another's Benicio del Toro was joined by his and Kimberly Stewart's 14-year-old daughter Delilah at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1 at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium.

It was family night for Benicio del Toro at the 2026 Actor Awards.
The One Battle After Another star was joined by his daughter Delilah, who he shares with Kimberly Stewart, at the March 1 ceremony inside Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall. (Click here to see all the celebs on the red carpet.)
While Benicio opted for a classic black suit, his 14-year-old leaned into the award show's “Reimagining Hollywood Glamour From the ’20s and ’30s" dress code in a cream-colored, slip gown featuring a fabric boutonniere in the center of its v-shaped neckline.
At the award show, hosted by hosted by Kristen Bell and streaming on Netflix, Benicio was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role. However, he lost the prize to his costar Sean Penn.
Benicio and Kimberly—the daughter of Rod Stewart—welcomed Delilah in 2011. Though the pair were not dating at the time, his rep told E! News that the Oscar winner was "very supportive" of the pregnancy.
Since then, Benicio has become a supportive dad as well.
"I'm a father now," he told Entertainment Weekly last year. "My daughter, if she wants to be a lawyer, great. [If] the next day she wants to be a designer, great. But I do know that if she wants to be an actress, you just have to let her be."
In addition, parenthood has softened his world views.

"One thing that changed quickly was that for the first time after I had my daughter, whenever I looked at anyone, I immediately went, 'That person was [once] a baby," he told The LA Local in 2016. "And you go, 'OK, I’m not going to be angry.'”
He continued of fatherhood, "It’s changed my life in many ways. There’s a person, a human, that came into my life and she’s taken first place. I had friends for 30 years and suddenly, this little girl just walked in here and jumped the line. She’s No. 1."
