The Seahawks are adding to their cornerbacks room – again.
With Terrion Arnold’s status in question, Seattle signed former Pro Bowl corner Trevon Diggs to a one-year deal on Wednesday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Diggs, who turns 28 in September, played six seasons with the Cowboys, making first-team All-Pro in 2021.

Diggs would quickly join the Packers, for whom he appeared in two games before being cut for the second time in a month.
The addition comes a week after the Seahawks reportedly agreed to a deal with Arnold, who is facing eight felony charges in connection with a February robbery and kidnapping in Tampa, Fla., where he allegedly orchestrated the beating of three men after he wrongly suspected them of robbing him and others of over $250,000.
Arnold has pleaded not guilty and denied the allegations.

The former Lions corner is expected to be placed on the NFL commissioner exempt list when and if he officially signs the deal with Seattle, meaning he won’t be able to play or practice with the team as the league investigates the incident.
Diggs gives Seattle another potential starting option opposite Devon Witherspoon, with Josh Jobe and rookie Julian Neal also competing for snaps, while Arnold’s availability remains uncertain.
