Sam Darnold is still basking in the glow of the Seattle Seahawks' Super Bowl win, as he should. Really, this guy has bounced from franchise to franchise only to finally find him himself, and it must feel good. So, soak it in.
Darnold's latest Seattle moment came somewhere outside of the football field. The quarterback showed up at the Seattle Mariners' game on Tuesday to throw the first pitch.
This wasn't just any first pitch, though. As always, Darnold gave an A+ performance, and it has both Seahawks and Mariners fans cheering him on.

The Seahawks took to social media to share footage of Darnold at the game. Before the game, he admitted on social media that he was nervous, but you couldn't tell.
He nailed the first pitch, and fans reacted. Social media comments from fans were super positive, with many Seahawks fans expressing love for their championship-winning quarterback and excitement for next season.
"Never seen a better pitch in my life," one follower commented.
"I've been a Niner fan my whole life but I’m switching to the Hawks," another said.
"Up high in the chest is what he’s used to throwing! Still got the accuracy," one more added.
"Dude just gets it. He’s so humble and likable, unlike the last couple (quarterbacks) we've had here. Sam's the man and people really like him for just being a real one," one more said.
It wasn't just Darnold there, either. As shared by the team, Darnold was joined by Drew Lock, Jalen Milroe and AJ Barner, as well as Mike Macdonald and John Schneider. The game was at T-Mobile Park.
