Mark-Paul Gosselaar stunned fans when he showed off his shredded physique last week.

The “Saved by the Bell” alum, 52, made a surprise appearance at the 2026 Bell Media Upfronts in Toronto, Canada, to promote his new show, “Bulges.” Gosselaar took to the stage in a tight-fitting cropped white tank-top bearing the name of his new show, short blue shorts and knee-high striped socks.

The father of four’s toned abs were on full display in the outfit, as well as his bulging biceps and muscular legs.

Gosselaar, who was clearly having fun in his revealing get-up, playfully danced and blew kisses to the crowd while on stage.

A TikTok user who posted Gosselaar’s appearance joked, “ok zack morris I didn’t know you played like that,” referencing his iconic “Saved by the Bell” character.

“Bulges” is a Canadian comedy about “the eccentric staff at an iconic, once-thriving all-male restaurant in Niagara Falls,” according to its logline. It’s described as “if Hooters were designed for women.” The official release date of the show hasn’t been announced yet.

Gosselaar has been a long-time practicer of Jiu-Jitsu. Last January, he talked about maintaining his impressive physique during his appearance on “The Sackhoff Show” podcast, sharing that he prioritized sleeping well and nutrition.

“I don’t eat as much as I used to,” he said. “I’ve gotten to the point where I just eat really good foods when I want to and I don’t feel so, ‘oh my gosh, I didn’t get my protein in after my workout.'”

Gosselaar told us he felt bad for ’90s stars who were allegedly mistreated when they were kids, which was detailed in the explosive docuseries “Quiet on Set.”

“I couldn’t relate because that’s not how our set was run at all,” he said.

“As a cast, I think we’re all pretty unscathed in a way,” he added, referring to his co-stars Mario Lopez, Elizabeth Berkley Lark Voorhies, Tiffani Thiessen and the late Dustin Diamond. “We had good family, good producers protecting us, good teachers, so I feel awful that anyone had to go through that, especially children.”
