Sarah Jane Ramos issued her now-ex-fiancé, NFL star Dak Prescott, an ultimatum before calling off their destination wedding, Page Six is told.
A source familiar with the situation claimed to us that Ramos, who pulled the plug on their weeks-away nuptials over Prescott’s alleged “ongoing infidelity issues,” had a serious conversation with him in January about cleaning up his act.
Though Ramos had been aware of Prescott’s alleged history of communicating with other women during their almost-three-year relationship, we’re told she stayed with him for the sake of their family.
The former couple share daughters Margaret, 2, and Aurora, almost 10 months.
However, after their recent bachelor-bachelorette trip to the Bahamas, our source said Ramos found out the Dallas Cowboys quarterback was allegedly using incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women and ex-flings.
We’re told she confronted him about it and subsequently canceled their big day — set to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on April 10 — and broke things off romantically.

The certified wine and spirits specialist and Prescott went on to send their hundreds of wedding guests a joint email informing them of the last-minute cancellation while apologizing for the inconvenience.
Their reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s repeated requests for comment.
After news of their split broke, rumors began circulating that Ramos refused to sign a prenuptial agreement.
However, she quickly shut that down via an Instagram comment, insisting, “This had nothing to do with a prenup. I hope we can put that rumor to rest now.”
The mother of two also gave her pals a shout-out following the bachelor-bachelorette getaway, gushing, “I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends. I love these girls so much ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥.”
Prescott and Ramos, both 32, began dating in May 2023. They welcomed Margaret in February 2024, got engaged eight months later and welcomed Aurora in May 2025.
