Samsung’s latest F-series smartphone is now official in India with the launch of the Galaxy F70. This is the third entry in the F70 series, following the Galaxy F70e from February and the Galaxy F70 Pro, which launched in August. The new Galaxy F70 is the midpoint in the F-series and features plenty of similarities with last year’s Galaxy A17.

Samsung India did not confirm which version of One UI and Android is running on the phone out of the box. The phone’s Flipkart page suggests it boots Android 15 which would be strange in late 2026. We’ve also seen indications that the phone ships with One UI 8.5 based on Android 16. We’ll have to wait for official confirmation from Samsung to be sure. Elsewhere, Galaxy F70 features a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W charging and IP54 ingress protection.
