TORONTO — Roots, one of Canada’s most beloved global lifestyle brands, has announced the opening of a new store at Vancouver International Airport (YVR), marking the latest milestone of the brand’s growing travel retail expansion. The store is operated in partnership with travel retailer Hudson, part of Avolta.

Product assortment at the Roots YVR store includes top-selling apparel and accessories like the iconic Original Sweats, Vancouver graphic fleece and T-shirts, Made in Canada collections, and Novelty accessories such as Beaver stuffies, keychains and signature Cabin socks. Select styles from the Vancouver graphic fleece and T-shirt collections are exclusive to this location.

To officially welcome the new store, Roots and YVR hosted a grand opening celebration at YVR on July 23, bringing together airport partners, media and invited guests.
