Rival teams can forget about trading for these two Brewers' stars

The Milwaukee Brewers are one team that you can never count out until the end of the season. They have been a force to be reckoned with in the National League Central over the last few years.

They have been crowned division winners the last three years and are looking to complete the four-peat this season. Luckily for them, they have started the year with a 27-18 record, which ranks them second behind the Chicago Cubs

Much of this success has stemmed from having a great pitching staff along with some timely offense. And at this point, the team would be buyers rather than sellers at the trade deadline.

Rival teams can forget about trading for these two Brewers' stars

Jacob Misiorowski has become a gem for the Brewers. He is operating as a frontline starter for the Brewers, which is great after they traded away Freddy Peralta to the New York Mets ahead of the season.

Offensively, Brice Turang has really stepped it up. While he has flashed a great glove over the years, he has become a monster at the plate, leading the club with his .403 OBP.

According to Bleacher Report's Joel Reuter, these are two names that likely won't be touched during the trade deadline.

"With Jackson Chourio already inked to a long-term extension, the debate here is Turang vs. rising ace Jacob Misiorowski, and in all reality both are completely untouchable in any trade talks. Turang has transformed himself from a glove-first infielder to a well-rounded star, hitting .298/.409/.484 for a 151 OPS+ in 2026."

Instead, the Brewers will likely add ahead of the trade deadline. They have a bit of a hole over on the left side of the infield and could look to target someone to handle shortstop or third base, like an Isaac Paredes or a Willy Adames.
