In a game that was tied 99-99, Rickea Jackson scored in the paint as the buzzer went off to give the Los Angeles Sparks a two-point road win.

— Los Angeles Sparks (@LASparks) July 27, 2025Jackson finished the game with a team-high 24 points, playing 31 minutes in the game. She was 9-for-15 from the field and recorded three rebounds in the game. The win for Los Angeles moved them to 11-14 on the season.
The loss for the New York Liberty dropped them to 17-7 on the season. They still remains at the top of the Eastern Conference. New York was led by Sabrina Ionescu, who scored 30 points, recorded eight rebounds and dished out six assists.

The Liberty will play at Dallas on Monday, in the first of a four-game road trip. For the Sparks, they have now won five straight games and will head home to host the Las Vegas Aces on Tuesday.
