“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kandi Burruss has reached a settlement agreement in her divorce from Todd Tucker.

The exes filed paperwork with the court declaring that they came to a final deal on March 11, according to documents obtained by Page Six.

They have a week to submit their agreement documents, which will include their child custody arrangement and support plans.

TMZ was the first to report the news of the exes’ settlement.

A rep for Burruss did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The update comes just four months after the singer, 49, confirmed that she and Tucker, 52, were divorcing in November.

“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce,” Burruss told People in a statement at the time.

“This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect.”

Burruss made the announcement after eagle-eyed fans noticed the singer removed Tucker’s last name from her Instagram handle.

Fans also speculated the pair might’ve been experiencing trouble in paradise when Tucker did not show up to support Burruss as she accepted the Wifetime Achievement Award at BravoCon 2025.

Soon after, it was reported that the pair, pictured above in good spirits in April 2024, had been experiencing “marriage troubles for a while.” Getty Images

While the breakup came as a shock to some, it was reported in December that the pair had been having “marriage troubles for a while.”

“Kandi was not happy because she found out that Todd had been talking to other women behind her back,” an insider told People at the time.

Their divorce soon took a turn for the worse after Tucker petitioned the court for sole custody of their shared children: son Ace, 9, and daughter Blaze, 6.

Tucker (seen above in a family photo) later requested sole custody of their two children, Ace, 9, and Blaze, 6, despite Burruss’ original request for joint custody.

Though the two had reunited on several occasions to co-parent, Tucker stated in his filing that their kids were living with him as their mom tended to her “out-of-state work obligations.”

He also brought up questions regarding the couple’s prenuptial agreement, suggesting in the legal docs that Tucker was pressured into signing the prenup without proper legal representation before their April 2014 wedding.

Burruss originally requested joint custody of their children, but changed her request to sole custody following Tucker’s filing.
