Rey Mysterio has a new name for his son, Dominik Mysterio, after penning an emotional letter for the late Eddie Guerrero. The 50-year-old legend remembered his fellow WWE Hall of Famer and best friend on the 20th anniversary of his death.
In a heartbreaking letter on The Players' Tribune, Rey wrote a lengthy letter for Eddie on the day of his 20th death anniversary on November 13. Guerrero passed away in Minneapolis in 2005 at the age of 38.
One of the things Rey Mysterio told Eddie Guerrero is how Dominik turned into one of the best heels in WWE. Rey was so proud of his son for the way he developed from a babyface to a despised bad guy, as well as his improvement in all aspects of the art form.
Rey also gave a new nickname to Dominik Mysterio, which was an appropriate one.

"Dominik wasn’t fully clicking as 'Rey Mysterio’s baby boy' ......... so he did what I'm 100% sure you would've told him to do. He turned heel, and basically became 'Eddie Guerrero's demon boy.' And that changed everything. When I say you would approve of who Dom has become, Eddie — it's an understatement. You would love it," Rey wrote.Dominik Mysterio did become Eddie's demon boy in the past two years. Dominik has paid tribute to Eddie with his mullet, part of his ring gear, tattoos and even his moves. His finisher is Latino Heat's Frog Splash, plus some cheating as well to get his wins.
Eddie Guerrero's daughters pay tribute to their father
Rey Mysterio wasn't the only one who paid tribute to Eddie Guerrero on his 20th death anniversary. Guerrero's three daughters, Shaul, Sherilyn and Kaylie, all penned emotional tributes to their father on social media.
Shaul shared an image of Eddie with the WWE Championship, choosing to celebrate his legacy rather than be sad. Sherilyn, on the other hand, posted a clip from Eddie's early documentary about his life talking about God and his faith.
As for Kaylie, she shared a throwback photo of her father and herself at the nail salon. Shaul and Sherilyn are Eddie's daughters with Vickie Guerrero, while Kaylie was born to Tara Mahoney during a time when Eddie was separated from Vickie.
