John Cena bid adieu to the world of professional wrestling last night at Saturday Night's Main Event. Despite failing to defeat Gunther, The Cenation Leader went out with his head held high, marking the end of his legendary career. The entire wrestling industry came together to celebrate this legacy, including AEW name Renee Paquette.
The 40-year-old star paid a special heartfelt tribute to the 17-time World Champion through an Instagram story. Cena has carved a legacy out of lifting people in the business. In his career, he has shared the screen with countless people. While he managed to elevate a few names to legendary status, he had a fun time working with many. During her time in WWE, Paquette also got the opportunity to work with Cena in backstage interviews.
Taking to Instagram, Renee shared a picture of one of her interviews with John Cena with salute emojis. The picture also features Paquette's husband, Jon Moxley, in the background. This picture is from the time when Moxley and Cena were feuding with The Authority in WWE during 2014.

Gunther has become one of the biggest names in professional wrestling after beating John Cena in his final match. The Ring General mercilessly took down the 17-time World Champion and left the ring with no remorse. Following Saturday Night's Main Event, the Austrian powerhouse shared his reaction with the WWE Universe.
Taking to Instagram, the former World Heavyweight Champion shared his entrance from SNME with a cocky caption. He bragged about defeating Cena, twisting the legend’s iconic catchphrase to suit his own narrative.
"Time’s Up," wrote Gunther.With that said, only time will tell what is next for Gunther in WWE. He is likely to appear on Monday Night RAW to address his big win and his next target in the Stamford-based promotion.
