She’s in the building.
Renée Zellweger, 56, and Bobby Cannavale, 55, were spotted in Brooklyn filming Season 5 of Hulu’s hit comedy, “Only Murders in the Building.”
The “Bridget Jones” star was spotted with ginger tresses as she and Cannavale looked like they were deep in conversation.
The Emmy-winning series follows semiretired actor Charles-Haden Savage (Steve Martin), struggling Broadway director Oliver Putnam (Martin Short) and artist Mabel Mora (Selena Gomez), an unlikely trio of neighbors with a shared interest in true crime.
Season 5 will center around solving the murder of Lester (Teddy Coluca), the doorman of the Arconia, their building.
The fictional Arconia is a real historic landmark called The Belnord. The apartment building is located at 86th and Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
In January, producer Dan Fogelman told The Wrap that Season 5 will have “another big fun mystery the writers have been cooking up.”
“The ability for the writers to take those three guys who are so comfortable in the skin of those roles now, and where the comedy sits in the show, where the dramedy sits in the show,” Fogelman explained. “It’s just so always so fun to start a new story with them and explore new aspects of their friendship and new aspects of their lives.”
Zellweger’s role is being kept under wraps, but it was announced in March that she was joining the show in a recurring guest star role.
In the on set photos, she was carrying a purse large enough to stash a murder weapon in.
Other new stars include Christoph Waltz, Tea Leoni, Logan Lerman and Keegan-Michael Key.
Earlier in the month, real-life couple Meryl Streep and Short were photographed kissing while filming. Streep joined the show in Season 3.
Page Six previously reported that Streep and Short, both 75, have been dating for “well over a year now.”
The series has shot in several locations so far for Season 5. In March, the cast filmed near a house used in the iconic 1972 Francis Ford Coppola movie, “The Godfather.”
