Rob Refsnyder isn't done yet.
The Boston Red Sox outfielder is 35 years old now, but he wants to keep playing baseball.
According to The Boston Globe's Alex Speier, Refsnyder plans to keep playing in MLB in 2026, and he's already had "informal talks" with the Red Sox about coming back to Boston.
Refsnyder played in 70 games in 2025 and raked in his limited action. He batted .269 and slugged an impressive .484.
Over his last 163 games across two seasons, Refsnyder has 20 homers and 28 doubles.
Refsnyder is a .302 hitter against lefties over the last two seasons, and as long as he can do that, he'll have a lot of usefulness to Boston, or to any other team.

The Red Sox have a crowded outfield, which could give them pause as far as bringing Refsnyder back.
But if the price is right, Boston would know what it was getting in the veteran who has now produced in their colors.
A handful of other contenders could use an outfielder, especially one who is an automatic start against southpaw pitchers.
Refsnyder could even return to his former New York Yankees and just slide back across the way in the AL East.
Wherever he ends up, though, Refsnyder is planning to be on the ballfield next year.
