There are bat flips, and then there are bat flips.
And then there's whatever it is Boston Red Sox prospect Andy Lugo did on Saturday.
Look at this.
That bat couldn't be much higher in the sky without a full-on windup.

To be fair to Lugo, a walk-off crushjob in the bottom of the 12th inning must feel pretty good.
Lugo was suited up for Single-A Greeneville and had just broken a 9-9 tie to win the game.
The double-camera work on the social media post is awfully helpful to see just how incredible the bat flip was.
Lugo is hitting .273 so far this season for Greeneville and is a top-30 prospect in the Boston system.
At the moment, Lugo is still a long way from the major leagues, but he's certainly got a top-notch bat flip.
