The New Orleans Saints have a full plate of questions to answer this offseason. Once they find their head coach, then they'll be able to hammer out the way the roster will be constructed. It'll likely start by finally addressing their dire cap space situation, as New Orleans is expected to be $50 million over the limit.

This means the Saints probably aren't going to be big spenders in free agency, as they'll look to take their medicine and stray away from big contracts for a while. How will they be able to acquire young talent in the meantime? The NFL Draft, where New Orleans owns the No.9 overall pick. Starks is a rangy safety that has a knack for getting his hands on the football. In three years with the Bulldogs, he logged 198 tackles, 17 passes defended and six interceptions. He'd be a perfect fit next to star Tyrann Mathieu. Mathieu is slated to be a free agent after 2025, so bringing in Starks could also be viewed as a replacement move, but one that's not immediate.
