Ray J sues Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, claims they spent decades lying about sex tape

Ray J is doubling down on his claim that Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner were behind the infamous sex tape leak after the mom and daughter duo sued him for defamation.

“Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner’s lawsuit is not about defamation — it’s about publicity, power, and punishment,” Ray J claimed in court documents obtained by Page Six Thursday.

TMZ was the first to report the news.

“[Jenner and Kardashian] have spent two decades peddling the false story that the sex tape that Kardashian filmed with [Ray J] was leaked against her will,” he alleged in the docs, which were filed by his attorney, Howard King.

Ray J, 44, claimed in the filing that Kardashian, 45, consensually filmed their sex tape in 2003. He also claimed that he and the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” alum discussed releasing the tape in 2006, during which time Kardashian allegedly told him that Kris should be in charge of releasing it.

The “One Wish” artist, born William Ray Norwood Jr., claimed that the Skims founder and her momager are “furious” that he “no longer wants to play along with their tall tale.”

According to the documents, Ray J said Jenner, Kardashian and the shapewear mogul’s ex-husband, Kanye West, falsely accused him of sexually assaulting Kim while she was sleeping on Hulu’s “The Kardashians.” They also accused him of releasing revenge porn and extortion.

When he hit back through an attorney, Kardashian, Jenner, and their production company allegedly agreed on a settlement in which the SKYY Partners founder would pay him $6 million. They also agreed that “no further mention or public reference” to the sex tape would be made on the reality show.

However, he claims they violated the agreement when Kardashian, Jenner, Ye and Kendall Jenner discussed the sex tape on the show “almost immediately after the Agreement was executed.”

Ray J’s lawyer argued in the filing that he would “not allow Kardashian and Jenner to weaponize the judicial system, shirk their contractual obligations, and sacrifice him on the altar of fame.”

Alex Spiro, the lawyer for Kardashian and Jenner, responded to the latest legal hurdle in a statement to Page Six Thursday.

“After realizing he is losing the case and losing his way, this disjointed rambling distraction is not intimidating anyone. Ray J will lose this frivolous case too,” Spiro said via email.

As Page Six reported last month, Kardashian and Jenner sued Ray J for defamation after he claimed to be working with the feds to build a RICO case against both women.

Kardashian and her mom, 70, claimed in court documents that “no such federal investigation exists.”

“No law enforcement agency has initiated any criminal proceedings or investigations related to racketeering charged against Ms. Kardashian or Ms. Jenner and no credible evidence whatsoever supports these inflammatory allegations,” their lawsuit stated.

Spiro furthered in a statement to Page Six that Jenner and Kardashian “have never brought a defamation claim before, nor have they been distracted by noise, but this false and serious allegation left no choice.”
