As the NFL's Week 7 games wind down, it's an apt time to take a look at what happened in Week 7 and which teams are celebrating or crying in their locker rooms. For the Baltimore Ravens, they're among the latter.

It's been rough going for the Ravens. They still don't have their franchise quarterback, Lamar Jackson, in the fold due to injury, and they keep dropping games. It's like last season all over again. Call it deja vu.

On Sunday, the Ravens fell 35-13 to the Cincinnati Bengals. That wasn't a little loss, and it wasn't a close game. That was a massive defeat.

The Baltimore Ravens have a serious problem they can't seem to fix

Nick Shook of the NFL's official website has some takeaways on the Ravens after the NFL's slate of Week 7 games. He points out that they have a huge problem they can't seem to get a handle on.

"The Ravens tallied just five first downs in the second half and collectively failed to deliver even a hint of an answer for what Cincinnati threw at the Ravens on both sides of the ball," he noted.

The problem is simply the Ravens' inability to sustain their performance for a full game, especially on offense in the second half. They started strong but couldn't adjust when the Bengals pushed back and were only able to get five first downs after halftime.

"This time around, Baltimore's defense followed suit, falling apart in an embarrassing, toothless second half showing that should force every member of the Ravens operation to take a long, hard look in the mirror in the next 48 hours," he adds.

Baltimore has to do a real assessment of where they're at as a team and what needs to change. This team isn't playing like a championship one yet, but that doesn't mean it never will.
