Ravens' Lamar Jackson tipped to join illustrious Hall of Fame group in 2026

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is set for a huge offseason as he prepares for the Jesse Minter era.

He will also have a new offensive coordinator with Todd Monken, now the Cleveland Browns' head coach, leading to Declan Doyle taking over.

There are a lot of unknowns about the Ravens in 2026, and in particular, Jackson, given his troubles staying healthy last year.

But what can we expect from Lamar as the Ravens enter a new and exciting era? ESPN's Field Yates sees Jackson storming back and winning his third MVP award.

"Jackson," Yates wrote. "As a new chapter of the Ravens franchise begins, Jackson will be invigorated by Doyle, considered by many in the coaching ranks to be an NFL head coach soon. In my opinion, Jackson is still the most dynamic player in the game."

Lamar would join elite company with third MVP

We know how good Lamar is, but a third MVP? That would put him in rare air among the NFL's elite.

Only Peyton Manning (5), Aaron Rodgers (4), Tom Brady (3), Jim Brown (3), Brett Favre (3), and Johnny Unitas (3) have three MVP awards. So, in the history of the league, only six players have done it.

That would be incredible for Lamar. 

But of course, we know he and the Ravens would rather Super Bowl success over another MVP award.
