The Baltimore Ravens have been without Lamar Jackson for three weeks now, and they clearly need him back. They got out to a 13-0 lead in Week 7, a week Jackson seemed very likely to suit up for. But they blew the lead, and now sit at 4-3.

Will the Ravens get Jackson back for Week 8 when they face off against the Buffalo Bills? It's hard to say with the shaky nature of this ankle injury for Jackson, but on Tuesday, the Ravens got some good news.

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Jackson is expected to play in Week 8 against the Bills. For the first time since his ankle injury, Jackson is close to 100% healthy, which bodes well for his odds to suit up this upcoming week.

There is finally some good news for the Ravens on the Jackson injury front, as he's seemingly finally set to come back and suit up for Baltimore in Week 8.

He's missed three games with an ankle injury, but is closing in on a return to the field for Week 8. While it's not yet confirmed by the Ravens or Jackson, this report is a huge sign things are trending in the right direction.

Rapoport added to his report, revealing that "He is believed to be as close to 100% as he's been, and the Ravens do expect him to play."

With Rapoport reporting that Jackson is expected to play and that he's close to being 100% for this week's upcoming matchup against the Bills, it seems likely Jackson is good to go.

Facing the Bills in Week 8, the Ravens are expected to have Jackson back at quarterback over Tyler Huntley. It's not yet official, but this is the most positive sign that Jackson is coming back.
