Ravens draft national champ WR Elijah Sarratt, and Rashod Bateman might be on trade or cut block

The Baltimore Ravens have made one of their priorities clear, and it's a bit unexpected.

They've taken two wide receivers by early in the fourth round of the NFL Draft.

On Friday, it was Ja'Kobi Lane out of USC.

And with the 115th pick in the fourth round on Saturday, they chose national champion Elijah Sarratt out of Indiana.

All of a sudden, the depth chart behind Zay Flowers is wide open.

It could mean the end for Rashod Bateman.

Is Rashod Bateman still under contract?

Bateman signed a three-year contract before the 2025 season.

It's hard to see him making it to the end of that now.

Would the Ravens trade him this offseason? That's hard to say. They may not want to push the Ravens into too quick of action.

Eventually, though, Bateman could be gone.

Lane and Sarratt are both bigger targets than the small and shifty Flowers. They should complement him well.

Lamar Jackson can certainly work on building up quality relationships with these rookies for years to come.

Look out, Bateman. This isn't good news for the veteran WR.
