FIRESTONE, Colo. — Rare Element Resources Ltd. (the “Company” or “RER”) (OTCQB: REEMF) has been made aware of certain market research materials circulating online that contain claims regarding (i) a potential new strategic investment in a company whose description is strikingly similar to RER and (ii) a possible announcement in connection therewith as soon as August 26, 2026. As of August 20, 2026, no discussions, negotiations, or agreements with RER regarding any such investment have taken place. The Company has no affiliation with, and did not authorize, such market research materials.
