The New York Knicks will decide who gets their final roster spot before next Tuesday's season opener at Madison Square Garden.

James Wiseman, Drew Eubanks, and Tony Bradley are three options if the Knicks want a third-string center behind Karl-Anthony Towns and Andre Drummond.

Now, another big man has just become available. On Wednesday, the Toronto Raptors waived Trey Jemison III.

Jemison spent the 2025-26 season with the Knicks on a two-way contract. He spent most of the season with the Westchester Knicks in the G League.

In 13 games in New York, he averaged 1.0 point and 1.4 rebounds in 6.3 minutes per contest.

Jemison's numbers were a little more impressive in the G League, posting 8.6 points and 8.6 rebounds per night in 31 games.

The Knicks are familiar with Jemison, and vice versa. However, Wiseman, the No. 2 overall pick in 2020, could have the edge for the roster spot that's up for grabs.

Without their starters, the Knicks fell to the Raptors by 50 points (148-98) in Tuesday's preseason action.

Wiseman scored 18 points on 7-for-8 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds in 24 minutes.

He could be a valuable lob threat if he makes the Knicks' roster out of the preseason.
