K'Andre Miller is a restricted free agent, so the New York Rangers still have some control over the defenseman.
But that hasn't stopped upwards of 15 teams from being interested in him, according to The Daily Faceoff.
Miller's qualifying offer from the Rangers will amount to $4.646 million. At that point, the machinations commence as to whether Miller might be traded or stick around.
Still just 25, Miller is a season or two removed from his NHL peak so far, but he likely still has room to grow.
Miller had 27 points in 74 games in 2024-25.

He has played five seasons as a top-four defender for the Rangers. He has triple-digit hits in four consecutive seasons.
Miller is also an intriguing 6-foot-5 athlete that coaches can dream on the potential of.
He certainly could be a logical trade candidate. Other teams clearly want him, and the Rangers could decide it's time to try a different option in defense after a couple seasons of Miller struggles.
Definitely stay tuned here, because moves could happen that shake up the Rangers and other teams in the NHL, too, depending on which of the suitors get him and which don't.
