Rams have blueprint in place for Micah Parsons trade

The Los Angeles Rams were mere plays away from making it to the Super Bowl in the 2024 season. And while they came up short, the Rams improved drastically this offseason with the addition of Davante Adams at wide receiver. However, one more move in the form of a trade could be what gets the Rams back to the Super Bowl.

The relationship between Micah Parsons and the Dallas Cowboys seems to have broken down to a point of no return. In a post on X, Parsons notes that the team refused to negotiate with Parsons' agent, and he concluded the post by saying he formally requested a trade. The Rams should be one of the top teams all in on a move for Parsons, and they even have a previous trade to look at in terms of the potential compensation.

"A potential trade comp for Micah Parsons: When 27-year-old Khalil Mack was traded from Oakland to Chicago, the Bears gave up two first-round picks, a third-round pick, and a sixth-round pick for Mack, a second-round pick, and a conditional fifth-round pick," Adam Schefter posted on X. "Now the 26-year-old Parsons — who is one of only two players in NFL history to register a dozen-plus sacks in each of his first four NFL seasons, along with Reggie White — has now requested a trade."

The blueprint is there. Les Snead has embraced the "F them picks" mantra in 2021 and it led to a Super Bowl. Should they do it again, it could lead to another championship.
