Les Snead wants media members to keep texting Aaron Donald.
The Los Angeles Rams GM knows that the all-time great defensive tackle is getting the itch, and Snead certainly wouldn't complain if Donald came back to join Myles Garrett.
The Rams pulled off a blockbuster trade with the Cleveland Browns to bring Garrett aboard and bolster their pressure group. It apparently has caught Donald's attention.
Pat McAfee and Jordan Schultz have both reported separately that they've texted Donald, and he's responded to both about wanting to find out if he still has the "fire" in him.
Snead is sure hoping the answer is yes.

A defensive group adding Garrett is scary enough. Getting Donald into that mix, too? That would put the rest of the football world even more on notice.
Snead spoke to McAfee on Wednesday to share some additional thoughts on Donald's potential return from retirement.
Donald hasn't played since the end of the 2023 season.
"I think this is the first time he's actually thought about coming back since he retired," Snead said.
It makes sense that after a couple years away, and with an exciting addition like Garrett, the Rams would look quite enticing to Donald.
The Super Bowl is even at SoFi Stadium at the end of the season, so it'd be a chance to win the big game at home.
Donald still has time to figure things out, and the Rams obviously won't rush a decision of this magnitude. If he makes the one L.A. is hoping for, there'll be a lot of excited people in the Rams' building.
