The Las Vegas Raiders are seeing their young wide receivers step up at training camp.

According to multiple reports from camp, Tre Tucker, and rookies Dont'e Thornton and Jack Bech are standing out and making plays along with veteran receiver Jakobi Meyers and All-Pro tight end Brock Bowers.

During the first padded practice on Monday, Jesse Merrick of the Silver & Black Sports Network stated that Tucker stole the show among the receivers.

"We’ve talked a lot about Jakobi Meyers and Dont’e Thornton but so far Tre Tucker has stolen the show on the first day of pads (among the WRs)," Merrick wrote on X.

"Tre Tucker is a real tough cover in 1-on-1s. Raiders WR has looked good," Merrick added on X.

Tucker wasn't the only receiver making plays. Thornton, who has been a dynamic playmaker all camp so far, hauled in another highlight reel touchdown from quarterback Geno Smith on Monday.

"Geno Smith unloaded from 70 yards out to find rookie Dont’e Thornton Jr. for a touchdown on a go-route," Levi Edwards of Raiders.com wrote.

Lastly, Bech is also continuing to make plays despite being with the second team. The TCU product caught a touchdown from quarterback Aidan O'Connell for the second straight dad and also received some glowing endorsements from his fellow rookie receiver Thornton and Special Teams coordinator Tom McMahon.

"For a second straight day, Aidan O’Connell finds Jack Bech for a touchdown. This one came on a jump ball near the left pylon, heavily contested," Edwards wrote on X.

"He's dog, he’ll run through anybody’s face," Thornton said of Bech.

"Raiders Special Teams Coordinator Tom McMahon really likes how physical Jack Bech plays and noted he’s a dude you can use inside in kick coverage because of that physicality aspect," Merrick wrote on X.

Overall, it sounds like the Raiders' rookie receivers are exceeding expectations at training camp thus far, and that is great to hear, as Chip Kelly's offense will need a few more pass catchers to step up.
