The Las Vegas Raiders got off to a hot start at the beginning of the NFL season and were winning games for the first time in, well, years. But that all came to a halt as the season progressed, and now, the team is 3-4 after their loss, 35-21, against the Los Angeles Rams.

Hey, it could be worse. They could be the Chargers and 0-6. But that's not the point. The point is that there's a problem with Las Vegas that head coach Klint Kubiak can't ignore.

The NFL's official website has published a feature about the NFL's Week 7 games and the aftermath. In it, analyst Brooke Cersosimo points out a big problem this team needs to overcome.

The Las Vegas Raiders' sluggish starts are becoming a major problem for Klint Kubiak

That one problem was the Raiders getting off to a "sluggish start." In the piece, Cersosimo says that the team's slow start is what ultimately sunk them, and that's been happening.

"The first two quarters were horrendous for the Raiders, as they allowed the Rams to gash them for 243 yards and 28 points before the half," Cersosimo notes in the piece. "This contest felt all but over at that point. The Raiders were, however, much better in the second half."

It's obvious that this team is going the wrong way after four straight losses. But if they can just pick things up earlier in the game, it could make a big difference. If Kubiak can get these guys to do whatever it takes to hit the ground running, it could change this squad and help get them in the win factory again.
