The first staff under new Raiders coach Klint Kubiak is rapidly taking shape.
A day after the Raiders promoted Rob Leonard from defensive line coach to defensive coordinator and hired Joe DeCamillis as their new special teams coordinator, the club is hiring Andrew Janocko as its offensive coordinator.
Janocko has a history with Kubiak, serving as the Seahawks’ quarterbacks coach in 2025 when Kubiak was Seattle’s offensive coordinator and as Kubiak’s quarterbacks coach in New Orleans when Kubiak was the Saints’ offensive coordinator in 2024.

The 60-year-old DeCamillis was the special teams coordinator at South Carolina from 2024 to 2025 and has extensive NFL experience.
His 31-year NFL coaching career, all of which involves special teams, includes a stop in Denver as the Broncos’ special teams coordinator for Gary Kubiak, the father of Klint, in 2015. Raiders general manager John Spytel was in the Broncos’ front office that season.
In addition, DeCamillis has worked with the Jaguars, Giants, Cowboys, Bears, Rams and Falcons, and college stops at South Carolina and Texas.
The 38-year-old Leonard has been the Raiders’ defensive line coach since 2023 under former defensive coordinator Patrick Graham. Leonard replaces Graham, who was recently hired for the same position with the Steelers.
The Raiders are also retaining Joe Woods as their defensive pass game coordinator. The 55-year-old Woods arrived in Las Vegas last year with Pete Carroll.
