The Las Vegas Raiders pulled off a major upset win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, and it's certainly a feather in the cap of head coach Klint Kubiak. The Raiders were a 3-14 team last season, so for them to beat a team that was considered a contender going into this season, like the Chargers, is a huge deal.
Following the win, Kubiak was understandably excited. Maybe he was a bit too excited, actually. His post-game locker-room speech has gone viral with nearly 2 million views because of his animated delivery and how he really just unloaded after that win.

Now, this video has some swearing in it, so don't play it with kids around and don't play it at work. But, it shows just how wild Kubiak got after the win over Jim Harbaugh. He couldn't contain his feelings.
"How do you change a place? You do something they say you can't! You guys ... did something they said you can't! Seven-point dogs, ... that! Great job, man. Great ... job," Kubiak said, since the Raiders were underdogs by seven points for the game.
