The 2026-27 Premier League season promises to deliver thrills, excitement and memorable moments.
With Arsenal looking to defend their English top-flight title, the Gunners will look to get contributions from all over the pitch.
While goals are the most exciting and often most memorable part of a team's charge towards the domestic league championship, defending is also a key part of any team's trophy chase. Arsenal are a prime example of that, as goalkeeper David Raya has won at least a share of the Golden Glove award in each of the last few seasons.
The Sporting News looks at the 2026/27 chase for the Golden Glove award, given each year to the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets across the entirety of the domestic league campaign.

Favorites, odds to win Premier League Golden Glove 2026-27
Last season's winner David Raya is the odds-on favorite to win the Golden Glove in the 2026-27 season, which is no surprise as Arsenal are considered one of the best defensive teams not just in England but across the whole of Europe.
Behind him are Man City's Gianluigi Donnarumma and Alisson Becker of Liverpool. Donnarumma finished second in last season's standings, but conceded three goals to Arsenal in the FA Community Shield to begin this new campaign, stoking fears of a regression. Alisson, meanwhile, struggled through injuries last campaign and thus was not near the top of the final list.
