Reigning Premier League Darts champion will be looking to make it three night wins in a row, as the best players in the world face off in Berlin, Germany.
Littler starts his night with a quarter-final against Chris Dobey, who has managed just three wins in eight nights so far this year.
The winner of Littler vs. Dobey will go on to face either Michael van Gerwen or Gerwyn Price in the semi-final, with Price looking to extend his unprecedented six game winning streak against 'The Nuke'.
Two-time night winner and current world number one Luke Humphries goes up against Rob Cross in his quarter-final, and will be hoping to go one better than last week, where he was demolished 6-1 by Littler in the final in Newcastle.
The opening match of the night sees Nathan Aspinall take on Stephen Bunting, who is yet to win a single match in this year's Premier League. Aspinall too is in desperate need of more wins if he wants to qualify for the Premier League playoffs in London in May.
