Lele Pons Talks Working With Guayanaa & Mental Health: Ones to Watch

Lele Pons is letting this baby news slip—literally.

The YouTuber took not one, but two tumbles while announcing the sex of her and husband Guaynaa's baby on the way during a recent slime-themed reveal.

As seen in a TikTok video posted on April 25, Lele and Guaynaa (real name Jean Carlos Santiago Pérez) stood on stage and pressed down on a lever, unleashing a stream of pink goo on friends and family clad in white raincoats. As Guaynaa jumped up in excitement, his wife of two years accidentally lost her footing and fell on her knees.

And just when Lele got up on her feet, she slipped on the pink slime again, prompting Guaynaa and other party-goers to rush to her aid.

But the 28-year-old didn't seem to think twice about her stumbles, laughing and giving the crowd a thumbs up as she stood up for the second time.

"That fall was the most lele thing she’s ever done," one fan quipped on TikTok, while another commented, "I feel bad but yes this was so on brand."

Indeed, Lele—who first rose to fame with her comedy videos on Vine, before pursuing a career in music and YouTube—has always given fans an unfiltered look at her life's candid moments. On March 16, she shared hidden camera footage of Guaynaa, 32, learning about her pregnancy for the first time.

In an Instagram video, the Dancing With the Stars alum was seen casually asking the rapper to pass her something on his nightstand as the two watched TV from bed. As Guaynaa reached over, he discovered a positive pregnancy test.

"Many emotions arising at once, all with one end," Lele wrote in a caption translated from Spanish. "Unlocking true love!"

That same month, she also posted a video montage of her friends' reactions to her pregnancy news, including Paris Hilton and Winnie Harlow. The Paris in Love star gave Lele a big hug, while the model screamed out loud while being surprised with a positive pregnancy test in a public bathroom.
