Ben Shelton's girlfriend and star US soccer player Trinity Rodman recently turned up the glam for her pilates session. The American donned a matching black and white get-up for her workout and was quick to give fans a glimpse of her outfit.

Rodman is undoubtedly one of the best soccer players Team USA has seen in recent years. The California native rose to fame in 2021, when she became the NWSL’s youngest draftee at the time after she was picked second overall by the Washington Spirit. Since then, the 23-year-old has gone on to win a NWSL Championship and an Olympic gold medal.

Recently, Trinity Rodman, who has been dating tennis star Ben Shelton since March, gave fans a glimpse of her workout gear. Taking to her Instagram story, she re-shared a snap of herself turning up the glam for a pilates workout alongside a friend. She captioned the post,

Ben Shelton gets honest about dealing with the spotlight in his relationship with Trinity Rodman

Ben Shelton and Trinity Rodman were first rumored to be dating in March 2025, after the duo shared flirty interactions with each other on social media. They later confirmed their relationship with a cute selfie shared in an Instagram post by Shelton.

Since they went public with their relationship, Shelton and Rodman have become one of USA’s most popular sporting couples. Reflecting on navigating their journey in the spotlight, the ATP star told Town and Country magazine,

“The spotlight or attention, it seems to always be on. Regardless of what I'm doing there will be someone talking about me or posting about me, and it's just the way life is these days. Obviously that's all positive stuff, so it is great. It's been cool to get to know someone who goes through a lot of the same things in the spotlight, the media attention, playing for the United States, and the contrast between soccer and tennis and the similarities of both being professional athletes."

Shelton also spoke about the challenges of a long distance relationship, adding,

“It has its challenges, but it's definitely worth it. It's not something that we're not used to—it's been the story of our lives, especially me being on the road all the time. It's just normal life stuff.”

Over the past few months, Ben Shelton and Trinity Rodman have established themselves as a true power couple. The duo have been each other's biggest supporters and are often present in the audience when their other half is competing.
