Phil Mickelson commends Spanish-speaking artist for creating a Charlie Kirk mural that got vandalized

Phil Mickelson reacted to an artist creating a mural of Charlie Kirk following his sad demise. Artist Pop Culture has recently created a mural of the late American activist in Edinburg, Texas.

Although it was vandalized, he fixed it and vowed to continue to do so. The artist paid tribute to the late politician in a video shared on his TikTok account in Spanish, which was shared by a fan page named April Sparks on X.

Phil Mickelson reacted to the post and reshared it on his social media handle along with a long caption. He wrote:

"I commend this man for his true American values. I don’t understand the need for those to vandalize, use violence, loot, attack, threaten, kill, or destroy things but this man peacefully makes it right. Thank you 👏👏"

Charlie Kirk was shot dead earlier this month in Utah. The American right-wing public activist attended a college event, and just after 20 minutes of it, he was shot.

Phil Mickelson had paid tribute to him on X by sharing a post on September 11. He wrote:

"I never met Charlie Kirk but I am gutted by this atrocity. Open debate is healthy and essential. Free speech is a constitutional right. Violence for disagreeing with someone is sick, deranged, and creates a greater division that becomes harder to overcome."

Phil Mickelson is having a good time away from the greens these days. He last played at the LIV Golf season-ending Team Championship in Michigan in August and has since been taking a break.

Phil Mickelson reacts to Jimmy Kimmel's removal from ABC stations following his comments on Charlie Kirk

ABC has removed the late-night host Jimmy Kimmel over his comments about Charlie Kirk. He was reportedly removed from all 32 ABC stations, as shared by journalist Benny Johnson on his X account. He wrote:

"BREAKING NEWS: Official ABC broadcast affiliate Nexstar is REMOVING Jimmy Kimmel from all 32 of their ABC stations until Disney answers for Kimmel’s despicable attack on Charlie Kirk."

YouTuber Sage Steele later shared the post on her social media handle with a three-word caption that read:

"This. Is. Massive."

Meanwhile, Phil Mickelson has recorded a few impressive finishes on the field this season on LIV Golf. He settled in solo third at the Hong Kong event, sixth in Miami, and had some other good finishes.

He was tied for fourth in Virginia but then struggled with his game in Dallas and settled in 49th place. However, he bounced back and recorded some more decent finishes toward the season's conclusion. He was tied for 23rd at Andalucía and T25 in Chicago.
