Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt Are Living Together 2 Months After Debuting Romance
Live from New York, there’s a new grandma-to-be in town.
Pete Davidson and his girlfriend Elsie Hewitt are expecting their first baby together, and his mom Amy Waters Davidson can’t contain her excitement to be stepping into her new role.
As a source with knowledge told E! News, “Pete’s mom is thrilled, she can’t wait to become a grandma!”
Pete and Elsie—who E! confirmed in March were officially a couple—announced their baby news on July 16, taking to social media to share the excitement with the world.
“Welp,” Elsie captioned the carousel of images, “now everyone knows we had sex.”
The accompanying photos shared an inside look into the couple’s private world, including selfies of their pair hugging, posing with face masks and sharing a sweet kiss. Elsie also shared a sweet clip of Pete holding her hand as they looked at their baby on an ultrasound monitor, as well as a sonogram of their little one.
And, proving she’s a fan of Love Island USA, just like the rest of the world, the Industry actress also included a screenshot of Islander Nic Vansteenberghe’s now iconic and many-times-memed response to Huda Mustafa’s motherhood news, “Mamacita.”

The couple’s baby news comes just months after E! News confirmed Elsie, 29, and Pete, 31, were living together in New York City, a source noting, “They’re very happy together and excited about this next step.”
And while the pair have—until now—kept parts of their romance out of the spotlight, they haven’t shied away from spending time together, including a sun soaked and PDA-filled excursion to Florida.
But while keeping their relationship details private, Elsie—who previously dated Jason Sudeikis and Benny Blanco—has previously spoken to what she was looking for in a partner.

“I just want somebody who is funny, who makes me laugh, who is kind, who just thinks I’m the s--t,” she explained on In Good Company last March. “I don’t care about how someone looks. I care about how someone carries themself and their sense of self.”

“I’m in a lot of pain and it’s getting progressively worse,” she said in a December 2024 TikTok video after a surgery. “The amount of opportunities I’ve lost out on because I can’t work when I’m feeling this way or it’s a liability to be on set if I might have to go to the emergency room. I’m trying to figure out a way around it.”
