• Whenever we see stories like these, with kittens in such bad conditions getting rescued, we always see just the beginning of these stories. The first steps of healing and improvement. It makes us so happy to see more than that. From the condition that this poor little thing was in to becoming a healthy 18-year-old cat who's still enjoying every day of its life - we need more stories like these too. We need people to know that the kitties they rescue will have long, long lives with them, even if it doesn't look like it during those first moments.

• This is clearly such a happy and calm cat. A cat living its best life. And all because you rescued him. And the same is true for every single rescued kitty that you guys have. Their lives would have been very, very different had you not been in them. Give yourself a treat too, you have earned it.
