ST. ISIDORE, Ontario — Perkins American Food Co., is thrilled to open the doors of its first-ever Perkins Griddle & Go, a compact café concept designed for today’s fast-paced consumers. At just 1,500 square feet, Perkins Griddle & Go can seat 65 guests comfortably, making it an ideal stop for those on the go. The restaurant is located in a travel plaza and features modern digital menus and self-order kiosks to accommodate busy customers looking for quick bites. For those with a bit more time, a cozy café-style dining awaits.

Perkins Griddle & Go welcomes guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner, featuring a best-in-class bakery. The menu includes a variety of breakfast classics like omelets and benedicts, now also available as bowls. In addition, there are comfort food favorites and specialty “Griddle Greats” that Perkins is known for. The new menu also introduces a brand-new category of breakfast sandwiches, a lighter eats section, and options for burgers and sandwiches, perfect for both dine-in and grab-and-go visits. For those with a sweet tooth, Perkins Griddle & Go will offer a selection from the famous Perkins Bakery, including cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookies, iconic pies, and Mammoth Muffins.

To celebrate this momentous occasion, Perkins Griddle & Go invites guests to join them on November 21, from 10 am to 2 pm, at 5715 Ste-Catherine St., Saint Isidore, ON, when Griddle & Go will dress-up for an exciting grand opening celebration in the restaurant.
