Penthouse Pet accused of robbing sugar daddies stole $100K in designer clothes from victim’s daughter

A former Penthouse Pet’s lavish lifestyle bankrolled by the lovestruck men she’s accused of ripping off came crashing down after an smoking-gun Instagram post was discovered by one of her alleged victims’ daughters.

Model Adva Lavie, aka Mia Ventura, stands accused of hunting her victims using “sugar daddy” websites and posing as the perfect girlfriend before slipping into their posh Los Angeles homes and cleaning them out, prosecutors say.

One of Lavie’s alleged marks, former Beverly Hills attorney Michael Craine, 80, lived in a mansion behind the gates of the exclusive Mulholland Estates, where his daughter Elizabeth testified that often stored her designer duds and handbags in three of the home’s primary bedroom closets, according to testimony obtained by The Post.

One day in April of 2025, Craine and his daughter discovered $100,000 worth of clothes and handbags had gone missing from the closets — including Elizabeth’s wedding dress. All that remained were hangers and clothing bags, Elizabeth said.

When she checked Lavie’s Instagram account, Elizabeth noticed the model wearing a “very distinct, hard to get” zebra-print dress that had vanished from her wardrobe.

Elizabeth also found posts of Lavie wearing her shoes, according to the testimony.

Craine called the alleged clothing theft “a bridge too far,” after he had already suspected Lavie of stealing from him. A suitcase filled with $17,000 in cash had also disappeared, along with a coin collection worth thousands of dollars, according to his testimony.

Caine said Lavie defrauded him out of $25,000, “claiming her mother was dead and I had to pay her bills.”

From 2023 to 2025, Lavie used dating apps, like “Secret Benefits” to burglarize and steal from wealthy older men and younger women in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, prosecutors allege.

She is accused of posing as a girlfriend and travel companion to gain access to victims’ homes and then stealing cash, gold and high-end designer items.

She faces more than 11 years behind bars on six felony charges, including two counts of grand theft.

Another alleged victim, John Parks, who met Lavie on “Secret Benefits,” testified that he had lunch with the model when he left his wallet on the table and stepped away briefly, according to testimony.

Two months later, he discovered charges of over $10,000 at a the designer Balmain store on Melrose Place believed to be made by Lavie.

Another alleged victim, Mike Farag, testified that he invited Lavie over to help mentor her modeling career. She arrived at his gated Westlake Village home with her dog and he gave her a tour.

After she asked to use the bathroom and the retiree directed her downstairs, she requested to instead use an upstairs restroom and Farag obliged, he testified. She then said she wasn’t feeling well and left.

Later, while brushing his teeth, Farag noticed he was missing three gold coins, a Christmas gift for each of his kids worth $2,700 a piece, a $4,000 watch and $600 in cash, he said.

Lavie, who is currently on house arrest, complained in court recently about her electronic monitoring.

“I just can’t find a job with an ankle monitor on, no one will hire me.” she moaned to the judge.

“I have blisters, have bills piling up, I have no money.”
