Penn State can't stop scoring to start the 2024-25 college basketball season.
The Nittany Lions are averaging 101 points per game, easily bypassing each of the team's first three opponents. Five different players are scoring in double figures with Yanic Konan Niederhauser leading the team with 15.0 points and 7.7 rebounds per game.

Niederhauser is a 7-0 junior who transferred to Penn State from Northern Illinois. His presence inside has been impactful to start the season, tying for the team lead with 1.7 blocks per game.
Virginia Tech isn't scoring the large numbers Penn State is, but it's still 3-0. The team will face Penn State in a neutral site game as part of the Hall of Fame Series.
The Hall of Fame Series features two games on Nov. 15 but has multiple events in different locations across the season. This particular one takes place in Baltimore.
