The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington Commanders, Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills have all had talks with the same free-agent cornerback.
According to Easton Butler of Packer Report, the four teams have had discussions with free-agent cornerback Rasul Douglas.
"I was told [Douglas] was in talks with the Packers, Buccaneers, Bills and Commanders," Butler reported.
The veteran cornerback, who won a Super Bowl during his days with the Philadelphia Eagles, has already played for two of those teams.
Douglas spent two-plus seasons with the Packers from 2021-23 before he was traded to the Bills in 2023 in a deal that saw a pick swap.
Douglas went on to post some of the best coverage numbers of his career with Buffalo that season, giving up a completion rate of 51.3% and a passer rating of 38.6.
But he wasn't able to recreate those impressive numbers in 2024, which led to the Bills allowing him to walk in free agency last offseason.
Douglas spent the 2025 campaign with the Miami Dolphins, where he appeared in 15 games and rebounded in coverage, giving up a completion rate of 54.5% and a passer rating of 73.0.
Buffalo and Green Bay both have a need for more veteran depth in the cornerbacks room, and the same can be said for Washington and Tampa Bay.
As a result, all four are realistic landing spots for the 30-year-old.
