Olivia Rodrigo's Boyfriend Louis Partridge Shares Insight Into Their Private Romance
Olivia Rodrigo couldn’t be happier after her gym session.
The “Good 4 U” singer put her fit physique on display following a workout with fellow pop star Tate McRae in Los Angeles on Jan. 22. Olivia, 22, beamed as she rocked a black sports bra paired with gray shorts and black and white sneakers.
For her part, Tate, 22, rocked black yoga pants, and a matching black tank top layered over a black sports bra. The duo briefly caught up outside of the Studio City gym before parting ways.
Olivia’s recent outing comes after she marked a huge career milestone, celebrating the five-year anniversary of her first single “Driver’s License.”
“Happy 5 years of drivers license!!!,” she wrote in a reflective Jan. 8 Instagram post. “Looking back at these pics I feel like I look like a baby but it also feels like just yesterday lol.”
“This song has totally changed my life in ways I still can’t totally wrap my head around,” she continued. “I’m forever grateful for this magical chapter and I can’t wait to scream red lights stop signs with u guys at every concert I play for the rest of my life! happy birthday DL.”
Olivia’s moment was celebrated by her famous friends, including Tate’s ex The Kid Laroi who wrote, “best song ever.” As for her best friend Conan Gray, he celebrated the moment adding a smiley face emoji.
And though Olivia’s boyfriend Louis Partridge didn’t chime in, that doesn’t mean that the Enola Holmes actor and “Traitor” singer aren’t each other’s biggest source of support. Indeed, Louis previously fawned over their romance, noting that their careers have allowed them to understand each other more.

“I just have no doubt that we’re both in a relationship for the right reason,” Louis told Esquire U.K. in an interview published in September. “I’m sure that’s something you have to think about when you reach a certain level of success. It’s nice to know that we can go to things together, and it’s not the maddest thing in the world that you’re sitting opposite who knows what. You’ve got a friend in those times.”
And while the couple—who have been dating since October 2023—have made rare public appearances, Louis shared insight on his and the Grammy winner’s decision to keep their romance private.
“Olivia and I choose, or have been choosing, to not be so public,” he explained. “There’s a sanctity to being private.”
