Adam Schein is out on a potential Odell Beckham Jr. Giants return.
Schein ripped the idea during Tuesday’s episode of Post Sports’ “Schein Time” on YouTube.
“Odell coming back to the Giants is one of the dumbest concepts I’ve ever heard,” Schein said. “Under no circumstance, can Odell Beckham Jr. be a Giant ever again,” he said. “… Odell Beckham Jr. is a thing of the past.”
On Monday, head coach John Harbaugh talked up the 33-year-old wide receiver, leaving open the chance that he could be on the Giants’ roster come next season.
“The obvious part answer would be you look at every option, right?’’ Harbaugh said at the NFL Annual League Meeting at the Arizona Biltmore. “If Odell’s an option we’ll be looking at him, for sure.’’
The pair have a connection as Beckham played under Harbaugh in Baltimore in 2023, catching 35 passes for 565 yards and three touchdowns.
“He and I do talk and we do text, we’ve maintained a really great relationship,’’ Harbaugh said. “He’s one of my very favorite people in the world. So it’s not like you don’t talk to guys about things like that. And certainly we have.’’

But it’s the connection between the 2014 first-round pick and the New York faithful that’s the problem, according to Schein.
“Giants fans have this really sick and twisted love affair with Odell,” he said.
Beckham would have to break through in what is suddenly a crowded Giants wide receiver room.
Free agent additions Darnell Mooney and Calvin Austin III will join Malik Nabers, who is returning from ACL surgery, and veteran Darius Slayton in their pass-catching corps.
