A Bronx NYPD precinct boss who allegedly told a woman underling “I want to make biracial babies with you” surrendered Friday to face an attempted rape charge at the very same station he once commanded, authorities said.
Inspector Jeremy Scheublin, 45, was arrested after he turned himself in at the 46th Precinct — where one of his officers has accused him of sexual assault, police said.
He later arrived in handcuffs at Bronx criminal court, where he was arraigned on first-degree attempted rape and first-degree sexual abuse charges.
Prosecutors asked for Scheublin to be held behind bars on $150,000 cash bail, but a judge set it at $25,000.
The Post first reported the accusations against Scheublin detailed in a bombshell lawsuit.
The stomach-churning complaint contended Scheublin violently groped the woman cop after he called her into his 46th Precinct office, allegedly telling her, “I don’t know whether to kiss or choke you.”
Scheublin allegedly lifted the woman off the ground and onto an office couch, where he kissed her, the lawsuit states.
“I want to make biracial babies with you,” Scheublin, who is white, told the black officer, according to the suit.
The violent encounter ended after the woman kicked Scheublin in the groin, the complaint states.
Scheublin was suspended last week — roughly four months after his accused filed the lawsuit.
