A judge finally ordered “woke” crusader Anne Marie Bompart to be hauled off by cops to Bellevue for a mental health evaluation after unsettling media posts about getting a gun and burning down her haters’ homes — and nude pics she sent to the press covering her case.
But despite the inpatient evaluation order, which can mean being held for days, Bompart was free hours later, and posted several videos of herself walking the streets of New York City, proclaiming victory.
“You can’t kill me and you can’t silence me,” boasted Bompart, who was also let off the hook after making physical contact inside a courtroom with a bar manager suing the crusader, despite a restraining order against her.
She added that the evaluation at the city’s psych ward at Bellevue Hospital, where she was brought in handcuffs hours earlier, “went as expected,” and said “I’m fine, not crazy.”
Bompart also praised her civil court judge, James d’Auguste, as “cool,” adding that “I don’t regret anything.”
Bompart’s incessant emailing has ramped up so intensely that d’Auguste extended an existing restraining order to include attorney Tom Shanahan, who is repping the two Sapphic bars who sued Bompart over a year ago for defamation and harassment.
“I’m bringing my own kerosene from NYC,” Bompart wrote in a recent Instagram post where she threatened to burn down the homes of posters on a notorious message board called Kiwi Farms, who mocked her with hateful and vile comments.
“And I will light my joint from the burning flames of your house which will hopefully have u in there burning to death,” the post continues, “lol Just kidding.”
In court on Wednesday, Bompart explained her threats as comments made in self-defense against hateful comments made about her online.
She explained in a rapid screed, without a hint of irony, that people “are posting things about me,” which included suggestions of harm.
“These are the people I’m defending myself against,” she said.
In the past, Bompart has made her own threats and allusions to violence, including promised beat-downs and stomping a pet dog to death.
Just a month ago, she praised Charlie Kirk’s murder and alluded to a “copycat” crime.
Back in October, Bompart sent several emails to a reporter from The Post and a freelance photographer, including roughly a handful of fully-nude photographs of herself.
Her attorney, Gerard Lucciola, argued on Wednesday that Bompart’s monologue was a sign of her sanity, and that she should be let go, since “she has cooperated the entire time.”
When the judge asked if there was a factual dispute over Bompart sending “emails with threats,” Lucciola called the messages “stale.”
“If this court does not act, I think blood is going to flow in the streets of the West Village, because she hasn’t let this go,” Shanahan said. “For two years, nobody has responded to anything… And yet she keeps going.”
“The fact that she said ‘I have to defend myself from you and everybody else’ just shows that she’s not clearly in touch with reality,” Shanahan said.
As she was cuffed at the hearing’s close — a repeat of last January — she screamed insults at Shanahan, calling him “disgusting and slimy” and a pedophile.
If courts find her sane, then the $40 million defamation lawsuit will proceed, starting with what Shanahan calls her 200 contempt order violations.
Each violation could result in a max penalty of 30 days in jail and a $1,000 fine, meaning Bompart’s spamming could theoretically cost her 16 years in the clink and $200,000 in fines.
