Men's tennis legend Novak Djokovic returns to Melbourne Park in search of a record 25th grand slam at the 2026 Australian Open.

The Serbian was forced to make an early exit from this tournament last year due to a hamstring injury. Djokovic would be seeking his first major win since 2023, taking several losses at the hands of the "New Two" Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner.

Novak Djokovic will take on Pedro Martinez in the first round of the singles tournament on Monday, Jan. 19. The order of play for Day 2 has not yet been confirmed.

The first round of matches begins Sunday, January 18 (local time).
