North West Looks Unrecognizable With Fake Face Tattoos, Blue Eye Contacts and Piercings
When it comes to showcasing her love for her mom, North West is doing amazing.
Need proof? Well, Kim Kardashian—who celebrated her 45th birthday in Paris on Oct. 21—received a special shoutout from her and ex Kanye West's eldest daughter while marking another year around the sun.
"Happy birthday to my mom," the 12-year-old wrote on her TikTok Stories on Oct. 21, over a selfie of the two at the Kardashian-Jenner family's 2024 Christmas Eve party. "I love you so much and I hope you have the best birthday ever. Thank you for always being there for me and supporting me!"
In the social media post, Kim—also mom to Saint West, 9, Chicago West, 7, and Psalm West, 6—wore a snakeskin-printed turtleneck dress with matching boots, while North sported a white corset-style top, black tie, and a black blazer with a matching mini bubble skirt and furry knee-high boots.
The tween has in recent years showcased a slew of daring styles, recently posting pics of herself wearing blue braids, blue contact lenses, a faux septum piercing and fake facial tattoos on her TikTok Oct. 20.
Earlier this month, Kim addressed the commentary about her daughter's looks, namely with regard to the corset-style top, short skirt and blue hair the pre-tween sported during a visit to Rome.

"It's interesting because all the kids are like wearing the same things, but then my daughter tries to wear it and then I'm like, 'OK, we're never wearing that again,'" the SKIMS founder told Alex Cooper on the Oct. 15 episode of Call Her Daddy. "Unfortunately, we made that mistake in front of the whole world."
Kim added that North—who usually "dresses like a tomboy most of the time"—doesn't let the critics get to her.
"She'll be like, 'Mom, I saw this and I don't really care if someone says they don't like my blue hair, or my this or that,'" she explained. "And she's really confident and is like, 'I probably wouldn't be hanging out with those people.'"
And Kim tries to let North express herself when it comes to her fashion. "She does listen to me," she noted, "but in other areas, I'm like, 'Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is.' It makes her so happy. I would never take that creative away from her."
